Kibale Conservation Area as received a kind donation of two automatic weather stations by Makerere University

which were installed at Isunga Park HQ and Kanyanchu Visitor Centre.
The two stations will be providing up to date and real time weather data for monitoring climate change. The CA has also been boosted with the newly constructed staff accommodation units (12 rooms with kitchen latrine and shower) which were handed over to KCA management by the contractor (Grid Technical Services Ltd) and the quality of work done was assessed as satisfactory by both our Civil Engineer based in QECA and the BoT members when they visited in February 2013.
