KIBALE STAFF VISIT BWINDI

Kibale Conservation Area staff took off time from their busy schedules of protecting wildlife and guiding chaimpanzee tracking visitors,to participate in bench marking tour of their counterparts in Queen Elizabeth and Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Areas.
During the visit,the staff tracked the coveted mountain gorillas,went for nature walk and the Batwa cultural experience.In Mgahinga they walked the Batwa trail and tracked the golden monkeys.

From Kidepo Valley National Park,the staff from tourism and conservation units also visited Murchison Falls National park on a study tour where they enjoyed a game drive,boat ride and marveled at the great water falls. The KVNP Warden Law Enforcement warden participated in a cross border security and planning meeting as part of the Uganda (Kabong District) delegation with South Sudan in Torit and Kapoete inside South Sudan. The meeting was to discuss security issues between the two countries .
